    • What age group is this designed for?

      Our Kids Collection fits ages 6–15, with unisex styles made for comfort, durability, and easy layering. We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements.     • Is heated clothing safe for kids?

      Yes. ororo’s kids’ heated clothing is CPC-certified for child product safety, uses a UL-certified Mini 5K battery powered by LG cells, and features smart temperature regulation to maintain safe, steady warmth.

    • Will the kids’ clothing get too hot?

      No. The heating system features smart temperature regulation that maintains steady warmth without overheating. Parents and kids can easily adjust heat levels between three settings.

    • How long does the battery last?

      Up to 12.5 hours (5.5 hours on high, 8 hours on medium, 12.5 hours on low), depending on the temperature and environment.

    • Can I machine wash the jacket/vest?

      Yes. All kids’ heated styles are machine washable once the battery is removed. Follow the care instructions on the label for best results.

    • Can kids wear these to school or outdoors?

      Yes. The collection is designed for everyday life — school, outdoor play, and family outings. The heating function is optional so that kids can wear it just like a regular jacket.
